A Story About My Best Friend

When I was Nursery School I have many friends, one of my friend name’s Mitha Erlinayati. She is a beautiful girl, she has long hairs, she has white skin, she has plat nose, she has slanting eyes and she is smart girl.

Mitha has one little sister and one a little brother, they are Kristin and Doni. Her parents are teacher. Now Mitha and their family live at Palangkaraya City and she collage at Palangkaraya University.

When she was children, she has a embarasing memory if I remember it. When we were still 6th years old, we were playing in football field. That time there was a dog, we called by puppy. She liked to poke the dog untill the dog became angry, then she was afriad because the dog howled to her, and then she threw a bread from her hand to the dog. After the bread finish eaten by the dog, the dog came near to her, the dog want that bread again from her. But she became afraid and strarted to cry and runned to go back her home. The dog also runned to follow her, and then she become more cried was still on the way.

I have a story about my childhood memory.

When I was 4 th years old, I was school at Tunas Melati Katolic Nursery School. I was so early for school because my parents was teacher. If I didn’t school early that time, so my parents couldn’t teach, cause that was I always disturb when my mom and  father were teaching,  and my parents’ school was far enough from our home, need 45-60 minutes to go there.

 I had many friends when I was nursery school they were Fory, Sela, Mitha, Lisa, Indah, Mean, Yaya, Rico, Adit, Tia, Hendry and etc. I was  happy when first time school at there, I was not like other children when first time school they were crying or waited by their mother but I was not.  I liked my school cause my school was fress. At my school location there were kitchen garden, park, fish pool, health clinic, and there many animals like rabbit, goose, duck, marmut, doc, and birt. Its made I was happy.

When I was nursery school I have a embarasing memory when I remember it. But when I was childhood I really didn’t know about embarasing. When class finished, all of my friends already fetched by their parents, only I still waited in sittingroom because my parents still were in their school.

Because I was alone then I was became boring but when I saw vagetable in kitchen garden,  I  want to pluck it to play with my other friends in home. But I knew, my teacher will not allow me to went to kitchen garden.

So I thought how could I went to there.  I could got to garden only with my teacher but if with my teacher I couldn’t pluck plant at there. So went to met my teacher and I started to talk my teacher. “Suster what are you doing? What is it?” so many my reason to talk with my teacher.
I saw so many tomatos in garden, I wanted to took it. But my teacher knew I really wanted to took it.
Then I started to lie to her “Suster in our home didn’t vagetable, so my mother never cooked vagetable for us, can I take this tomato?.” Then suster harvested few vagetable in garden for me.
“ This didn’t for play but for cooked, so you can grow if u eat and u will health, if want vagetable here don’t lie okey?” I was became shy because my teacher knew I lied to her.

Last week our groups did presentation about how to make  Sandwich.

Sandwich is a food made from an assortment of bread thinly and stuffed with various stuffing. In general, the sandwich served as an interlude (snack) for people who do not have enough time to eat, such as the provision of people working, traveling and school.

Sandwich’s Composition

Sandwich complete consists of four main parts:

1. Bread / bread
The bread used to make sandwiches called "sandwich bread" shaped rectangular. Yet another type of bread can also be used in the manufacture of sandwich include: French bread, toast bread, hamburger bun, hot dog bun and others. With a wide range of bread that the sandwich can be formed. But each sandwich there are provisions for each bread used.

2. Spread / smear
Is a foodstuff that is mushy or lumpy half that is applied to the surface of the bread. Spread / spread function to provide taste, add moisture, as patches, add nutrients and perfection on the sandwich. Spead used should be soft, easily applied and not watery or wet.
For example it can use: butter, butter or mayonnaise.

3. Filling / stuffing
Filling is a food that will be placed or arranged on a bun or between two slices of bread used to make sandwiches. In general, the name of the sandwich customized with the name of food ingredients used to make the filling / stuffing this. For example Cheese sandwich using cheese as a filling.

4. Garnish / decoration
Garnish is used when necessary. Garnish made from food ingredients that also serves sandwiches and accompany or provide decoration on a sandwich, so the sandwich looked interesting and mereangsang appetite. Garnish used should be simple, edible and have a sense that in accordance with the filling used. Thus garnish serves not only decorate but also can add flavor and nutritional content on the sandwich.

Preparation Preparation of Sandwich

The sandwiches are usually prepared by the order and presentation usually requires a fairly complex job. Preparation is done with the goal of preparing all the ingredients and equipment so easily accessible to minimize movement and ensure the efficiency of the final preparation time. steps for you need to do are:

1.                     Preparing materials. The entire sandwich materials should be cleaned and prepared carefully, some of the material needs to be cooked first.

2.                     Organize and store materials. Arrange whole sandwich material in an accessible place. Items that should be kept cool in a refrigerator at all times. Sandwich bar or similar cooling steam table in the space normally used for this purpose. Meat, cheese and vegetables should be closed well to prevent dehydration or contamination. Some materials can be divided according to weight or number, and then wrapped individually to be stored.

3.                     Select and stacking equipment.

How to make Sandwich by sandwich’s groups:

Materials :

• -          Knife
• -          Spoon
• -          Plate
• -          Teplon
• -          Spatula

Ingredients :

• -          Two slice of bread,
• -          Butter
• -          cheddar cheese,
• -          tomato sauce or chili sauce,
• -          mayonnaise,
• -          tomatoes,
• -          Egg
• -          and salad.

Steps make sandwich :

1.      First, toasted bread on top of Teflon with butter, let the bread until lightly browned.

2.      Second, slice tomatoes.

3.      Third, fry beef sandwich and make double side up egg.

4.      Then, put the chili sauce on tomato sause on bread.

5.      Next, make the filling materials of sandwiches with all the ingredients such as salad, double side up egg, beef, tomato, and cheese.

6.      After that add a few tablespoons mayonnaise and mix them well.

7.      And finally take the bread that has been baked.

Simple sandwich ready to serve.
